My Story
I’m a busy working mum of four and a fitness professional with over 25 years of experience (I know, quite a long time, right?).

I entered the fitness industry straight after school, driven by my passion for running, jumping, skipping, and any form of movement. Fitness has always been my calling, and I am deeply committed to helping as many people as I can lead fit, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

As a mum to four incredible children, ranging from 21 to 3 years old, I had my youngest at the age of 43. Throughout my pregnancies and beyond, I’ve relied on healthy habits to carry me through. Fitness and exercise have been a physical and mental lifeline, and I truly believe they've been my saviour at times.
Over the years, I’ve managed fitness teams, run fitness facilities, and worked with a diverse range of people, training and teaching a wide variety of fitness methods.

As a working mum, I know how hard it can be to prioritise your own health and fitness. But I can’t stress enough how crucial it is, even during the busiest times, to carve out time for yourself. With my qualifications and experience in Pilates, spinning, Nordic walking, group exercise, and strength training, I have a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to achieve and maintain fitness.
On this platform, I share some of the knowledge and methods I use to improve and maintain my own fitness, as well as that of my coaching clients.
